An automotive exhaust manifold is a critical engine component that collects exhaust gas from multiple cylinders and channels it into a single exhaust pipe. Mounted directly onto the cylinder head, it works in harsh operating conditions with continuous high temperature and vibration, so material quality and casting precision directly determine its service life and engine performance.
Our exhaust manifolds are mainly produced by precision casting, adopting high-grade ductile iron or heat-resistant cast iron as raw materials. These materials feature excellent high-temperature resistance, thermal stability and anti-fatigue performance. They can withstand drastic temperature changes during engine startup and shutdown, effectively preventing cracking, deformation and air leakage that often happen on inferior manifolds. Every runner is designed with smooth inner walls and optimized flow path, which reduces exhaust backpressure significantly. Smooth exhaust helps the engine burn fuel more fully, improves power output and fuel efficiency, and also lowers harmful emissions.
We strictly follow OEM specifications for production. Each product is manufactured according to standard dimensions to guarantee perfect fitment for matching vehicle models, including Fuso heavy-duty trucks and other commercial vehicles. Our manifolds are direct replacement parts for old or damaged original units. No extra modification is required during installation, which saves time and labor cost for repair shops and fleet operators.
Multiple inspection procedures are carried out throughout production. We check casting surface quality, dimensional tolerance, air tightness and high-temperature durability one by one before delivery. Defective products will be screened out completely to ensure stable and consistent quality for every batch.
Suitable for heavy-duty trucks, light commercial vehicles and some passenger car engines, our exhaust manifolds are widely supplied to auto parts distributors, maintenance workshops and overseas trading companies. We also support customized casting services based on customers’ drawings or OE numbers. Whether you need standard stock parts or non-standard custom products, we can meet your requirements with competitive factory pricing and reliable lead time. Choosing our exhaust manifold means choosing dependable exhaust system performance, fewer breakdowns and long-term trouble-free operation for vehicles.
Our automotive exhaust manifold is a core exhaust component that gathers exhaust gases from engine cylinders and guides them to the exhaust pipeline. Crafted from high-grade heat-resistant ductile iron through precision sand casting, it boasts outstanding thermal fatigue resistance and oxidation resistance. It can sustain long-term working temperatures up to 850°C, resisting deformation, cracking and gas leakage under frequent cold-hot cycles and strong engine vibration.
Each runner adopts optimized flow design with smooth inner surfaces to cut exhaust backpressure. This helps improve engine power response, reduce fuel consumption and control exhaust emissions. All dimensions are manufactured in strict accordance with OEM specifications. It is a direct-fit replacement part for Fuso heavy-duty trucks and other commercial vehicles, requiring no modification during installation.
Every manifold undergoes strict tests including dimensional inspection, air tightness test, surface defect detection and high-temperature simulation test. We support supply by OE numbers, drawings and custom casting. Stable quality, competitive factory price and short lead time make it an ideal choice for auto part dealers, repair garages and fleet maintenance.
Our exhaust manifolds are manufactured by professional sand casting process, specially developed for heavy-duty engine exhaust parts. First, we make high-precision wooden or resin patterns according to OEM drawings and OE data. Molding sand is compacted tightly around the pattern to form the mould cavity, then the pattern is removed. Next, qualified molten heat-resistant ductile iron is smelted in the furnace, with chemical composition strictly controlled. The molten iron is poured into the mould cavity at a regulated temperature and speed for stable forming. After cooling and solidification, castings go through shakeout, cutting of gating systems and rough grinding. Then stress-relief annealing is carried out to eliminate internal casting stress and prevent later cracking under high temperature. Subsequently, we conduct rough machining and finish machining on flange surfaces, bolt holes and sealing surfaces to meet strict dimensional and flatness requirements. Each piece will be inspected: visual flaw checking, dimensional measurement, penetration test and air tightness test. Only qualified products are packed and delivered. Custom casting based on customer samples or technical drawings is available.
